about echo -

echo was created as a sanctuary for movement — a light-filled, coastal-inspired space where strength and softness meet.

Here, classes are small so your practice feels personal. Movements are intentional, building not just muscle but a lasting relationship with your body. Each session is an invitation to grow stronger, move with ease, and feel at home in your own skin.

Our reformers and space have been chosen with care; the atmosphere is calm, grounded, and welcoming from the moment you step inside.

Whether you’re here for the dynamic flow of Reformer Sculpt, the deep release of echo Melt, the strength and grounding of echo Mat Flow, the centering grace of Yoga, or the quiet spaciousness of our restorative offerings — echo is a place to return to yourself.

More than a studio, echo is a community for those who value conscious movement, whole-body vitality, and the simple joy of feeling good — inside and out.

georgina louise, founder -

Georgina Louise’s passion is helping people feel strong, grounded, and at home in their bodies.

Through Reformer Pilates and Yoga, she offers a space to build strength, stability, and flexibility — not just physically, but in the way you live, move, and meet your life.

Whether returning to movement, deepening a practice, or beginning for the first time, Georgina believes that conscious, embodied movement can transform the way we feel in our skin — at every age and stage.

her approach

With over a decade of experience in the movement space and a lifetime of personal practice, Georgina teaches with a focus on:

  • Functional strength and core awareness

  • Mobility and postural alignment

  • Breath-led movement that supports the nervous system

  • Graceful aging and sustainable wellness

She blends the precision of Pilates with the presence of Yoga, creating sessions that are challenging, nurturing, and deeply restorative.

who she works with

Georgina loves working with people who want more than just a workout — those who want to move with awareness, who are curious about how their bodies work, and who value longevity, ease, and feeling strong from the inside out.

Whether recovering from injury, navigating midlife, or seeking a more conscious relationship with their body, her clients find a place of welcome and support.

a little more about georgina

Georgina has been teaching movement for over ten years and practicing for more than thirty. She is a certified Pilates and Yoga teacher, trained in both classical and contemporary methods.

Her life has included roles as a café owner, a studio founder, and a lifelong student of the body, breath, and soul. She believes that how we move — and how we feel — shapes the way we live.

beyond the mat

While her primary offerings are Reformer Pilates and Yoga, Georgina also holds space for deeper healing work through breath, presence, and emotional support. Those seeking a more holistic approach to healing and embodiment can explore this side of her work.

But for now, she invites you to begin with movement — the most powerful medicine of all.
